2. Description of Service

Iterofit is a consistency-first fitness platform that provides:

• Workout tracking and exercise logging
• Nutrition logging with an India-first food database
• Mood and energy tracking
• Body measurement tracking
• A consistency scoring system
• Community features including a social feed, leaderboards, and sprints
• Analytics and trend insights

The service is currently available on Android. iOS availability is planned.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use Iterofit. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement. We do not knowingly provide the service to anyone under 18.

4. Account Registration

To use Iterofit, you must create an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not share your account with others
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorised access at sudhanshu@iterofit.com

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Post content that is offensive, harassing, threatening, or harmful
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service or its infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Upload malicious code or files

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms without notice.

Iterofit is a tracking and accountability tool, not a medical service.

The app does not provide medical advice. Nothing in the app constitutes medical diagnosis, treatment, or professional health guidance.

Before starting any fitness programme, particularly if you have a medical condition, injury, or health concern, consult a qualified healthcare professional. We are not liable for any injury, illness, or health outcome resulting from use of the app.

8. Consistency Score and Gamification

The consistency score, performance tiers, sprint rankings, and points system are features designed to encourage engagement and habit formation. They are not medical or fitness assessments.

We reserve the right to modify the scoring system, tier thresholds, and gamification mechanics at any time.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, code, and materials comprising Iterofit — including the name, logo, consistency score system, and product architecture — are owned by Iterofit and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from Iterofit's intellectual property without written permission.

10. Privacy

Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

11. Service Availability

We aim to provide a reliable service but cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the service at any time.

We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service interruptions.

12. Beta and Early Access

Iterofit is currently in closed beta. Beta users understand that:

• The service may contain bugs, errors, or incomplete features
• Data loss, though unlikely, is possible during the beta period
• Features may change significantly before public launch
• Beta access may be revoked at our discretion

13. Account Deletion

You may delete your account at any time from the Settings screen in the app. Upon deletion:

• A 15-day recovery window is applied during which your account can be restored
• After 15 days, your account and all personal data are permanently and irreversibly deleted
• Content you have posted publicly may take additional time to be fully removed

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:

• Iterofit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages
• Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim

Nothing in these terms limits liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

15. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in India.

16. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via in-app notification or email.

Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
