Investor Relations
Building the consistency layer for Indian fitness.
A focused pilot. Real behaviour data. A clear path to scale.
Why Now
The window is open.
Digital fitness is mainstream
Post-2020, tracking health on a phone became normal behaviour in India — but the tools are still imported.
The data moat is local
Western apps cannot retrofit Indian food, Indian training culture, or Indian consistency patterns. We start there.
Behaviour beats features
Every competitor sells features. Retention comes from behaviour systems — score, sprints, tiers — and that is the entire product.
Pilot Phase — Sprint 1, Day 9
What we know after 9 days.
Invite-only. Zero paid acquisition.
Every invited user completed onboarding.
Across all active users, Day 9 of Sprint 1.
22 of 22 users logged mood within first week.
This is Day 9 of Sprint 1. The engagement signal in a zero-marketing, invite-only cohort is the proof of concept we needed.
The Opportunity
A large market. Badly served.
India fitness market
The Indian fitness and wellness market is projected to reach $30 billion by 2030, growing at 20%+ annually. Digital fitness adoption accelerated post-2020 and has not slowed.
The fragmentation problem
The average Indian fitness user uses 3-4 separate apps. No single platform owns the Indian consistency-first category. HealthifyMe owns nutrition. Hevy owns lifting logs. Nobody owns the unified system.
The Iterofit position
We are not competing on features. We are creating a new category: consistency-first fitness. The score, the tiers, the sprints — these are defensible product primitives that no competitor has.

Business Model
Simple, and not yet.
Free to track. Paid to go deeper. A Pro subscription ships in 2027 with advanced analytics and nutrition tooling, priced for the Indian market. The free tier stays genuinely useful — consistency is the habit loop, and habit loops need scale first.
Until then, the only metric we optimise is behaviour: do people keep showing up? Nine days in, the answer is yes.
