How do I sign in?
AccountWith Apple, Google or your email. You can link more than one in Profile → Settings → Connected accounts, so any of them opens the same account.
I forgot my password.
AccountOn the sign-in screen, tap “Forgot password” and follow the email we send you. If you signed up with Apple or Google, sign in with that instead.
How do I delete my account?
AccountIn the app: Profile → Settings → Download, Log Out, or Delete → Delete account. You can also request deletion on the web.
Can I download my data?
AccountYes. Profile → Settings → Download, Log Out, or Delete, then choose the download option.
Who can use Iterofit?
AccountIterofit is for adults 18 and over.
A food or barcode is missing.
LoggingUse quick add for calories and macros, or create a custom food and reuse it. Food data comes from fatsecret and Open Food Facts, and nutrition values are estimates.
My streak or day reset at the wrong time.
LoggingDays follow the timezone in Profile → Settings → App Experience → Timezone. Check that it matches where you are.
Can I see the tutorials again?
LoggingYes. Profile → Settings → App Experience lists every tutorial with a replay button.
How does my consistency score work?
ProgressYou start at 100%. If you miss days, the score drops slowly, and logging again brings it back up. It follows your current 14-day sprint.
How do I earn points?
ProgressLogging food, workouts, check-ins and more earns points on the day you log, with daily limits per area. Profile → Settings → Points Guide explains every source.
What is the Reward sprint?
ProgressA sprint for people in India that is free to enter, with a ₹500 Amazon gift card to win. Read the rules.
How does the free trial work?
Iterofit+Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial through the App Store or Google Play. We remind you on day 13, and the plan starts on day 14 unless you cancel. See plans.
How do I cancel or change my plan?
Iterofit+In your App Store or Google Play subscriptions. Iterofit cannot cancel store subscriptions for you.
I paid but Iterofit+ is not active.
Iterofit+Open the Plus tab and tap Restore purchases, or go to Profile → Settings → Plan, while signed in to the same Iterofit account. If it still does not unlock, email us with the store receipt.
Who can see my posts and progress?
PrivacyYou choose for each post: everyone, followers or only you. Profile → Settings → Privacy controls what shows on the leaderboard and your profile.
How do I block or report someone?
PrivacyOpen their profile or post and use the … menu. Blocked people are listed in Profile → Settings → Blocked Users.
